Description

Rich, warm, and made to become an heirloom.

Walnut is the frame many of us would choose for our own homes. Deep, warm toned wood with visible grain, it gives preserved flowers a timeless, library like quality and pairs with everything from mid century furniture to a traditional dining room. Where our natural frame recedes, walnut participates. It is part of the art.

Questions brides ask about this frame

Is this real walnut or a walnut stain? This is a walnut stain. All of our frames are real wood with the finish of your choosing. Our pressed bouquet frames are all solid wood, over an inch thick, and built to last.

Which background looks best with walnut? White board for contrast, floating glass for a lighter feel, or Olive if you want something you have not seen on Pinterest.

Who it is for

  • The bride who wants to see her whole bouquet again. A 16x20 holds the full range of your flowers, greenery included. If you want a smaller, more intimate piece, see our 10x10 or 6x6 frame sizes.

  • Parents and in laws. Many couples order a second frame from the same bouquet as a gift

  • Memorial flowers. Funeral and sympathy arrangements framed in a size that honors them

  • Anniversary gifts. The first anniversary is paper, but the one that gets hung on the wall is this. Traditionally, the fourth anniversary is flowers and fifth is wood - both anniversaries leading to the perfect reason to gift a bouquet recreation for preservation!

One bouquet, more than one piece

Your bouquet holds more flowers than one frame needs. We design every piece from the same bouquet in one preservation run, so it costs nothing extra in flowers to add a 6x6 for the boutonniere, a ring dish, or a paper preservation frame. Our preservation packages bundle a large products with smaller pieces and include a free prepaid overnight shipping label.

Questions brides ask about pressed bouquet frames

How much of my bouquet will I see? Nearly all of it. The 16x20 is our full representation size. Our frame size guide shows the difference between this and a 10x10 side by side.

Will my flowers change color? Yes, color shift is natural from fresh to pressed, and it will continue to change over the years. Whites will soften toward golden, and deep reds can darken. UV resistant glass slows this considerably over time. Our color change guide covers what to expect flower by flower.

What if my bouquet is already dried? It cannot be pressed flat for a frame. Dried flowers become dried petal confetti resin pieces, which are beautiful in their own right.

Can I see the design before it is sealed? Yes, with our Luxury Proofing Service, which adds a collaboration step with your artist.

How long does it take? Currently 6 to 12 months from the day your flowers arrive. We confirm your timeline when your bouquet is checked in.

★★★★★
"I had a destination wedding and ended up loving the flowers that the resort put together. I ended up bringing them home but was at a complete loss of what to do with them. Several days passed before I found Element. They were amazing with getting me in right away before my flowers weren’t able to be used anymore. I just picked up my order (frame and ring dish) and I am completely blown away by how beautiful they are! The owner was so sweet and kind. It truly was an amazing experience and I cannot recommend them enough if you are looking to preserve your flowers!"
Kellsey E.

"Element Preservation were very easy to work with and answered any questions that I had. I decided a month before our wedding that I wanted to preserve my bouquet and they were able to accommodate me. We live about an hour away from their location so we dropped off my bouquet and picked up our frame once it was ready. Their location is beautiful and the staff were very friendly. I am obsessed with the final product and will cherish it for years to come! I highly recommend Element Preservation."
