Why Does Preservation Take 6-12 Months?
Flower preservation is a delicate art that requires patience and precision. Each piece goes through multiple stages to ensure your blooms remain beautiful for years to come.
Pressing & Drying
Each flower is carefully pressed and dried for to remove all moisture while preserving color and form. This slow process is crucial for maintaining petal integrity.
Curing Time
After initial drying, flowers continue to cure for several weeks. This allows them to fully stabilize, ensuring they won't deteriorate once sealed in frames or resin.
Quality Control
Every bloom is inspected for proper drying, color retention, and structural integrity. Only flowers that meet our standards move forward to the design phase.
Custom Design
Our artisans carefully arrange your preserved flowers using archival materials. Each piece is handcrafted with attention to composition, balance, and your personal story.

Begin by selecting your preservation pieces or bundle. Ordering ahead of time ensures your place in our production schedule and allows for a smooth post-wedding experience.

Place your order from 6 months before your wedding up until the week of. We do not require a reservation or deposit to place your order.
Pro-tip: The sooner you place your order the better, we know how hectic wedding week can be!
Ship or Drop Off Your Wedding Flowers
After the wedding, ship your bouquet or schedule a local drop-off as soon as possible. Prompt handling helps preserve color, texture, and structure before pressing begins.
Overnight ship us your wedding flowers the very next business day after your celebration following our shipping instructions. Thursday-Sunday weddings should be shipped out the following Monday.
If you're local, schedule an appointment to drop-off your bouquet at our shop in Pennsylvania.

Keep your flowers fresh in the meantime by:
- Keeping them in a cool, dark place
- Keeping the stems in fresh water
- If you can, place your bouquet in the fridge. However, don't let your petals get frosty!
Pro-tip: We must receive your flowers in the freshest condition possible. Your fresh flowers must arrive within 5 business days after your event.
Pressing, Preservation, and Design
Once your flowers arrive, we begin the preservation process immediately. Each bloom is carefully pressed or prepared for resin preservation, then arranged into custom designs using archival materials.
You will be notified via email as soon as our team intakes your bouquet.
Your wedding florals will start the pressing process within 24 hours of arrival at our shop.
Your order will enter the design phase after the flowers are completely pressed, dried, and quality checked.

Receive Your Finished Keepsakes
Time to do a happy dance, it's here! After completion, your preserved wedding flowers are packaged and shipped back to you, ready to display and enjoy as lasting reminders of your wedding day.
Our turn around time varies with demand, but you can expect your pressed flower keepsakes to arrive within 6-12 months of arriving at our shop.
