Delivery: Your pre-paid label will be emailed to you upon purchase. Please note, our team works standard business hours and manually creates these labels after each purchase. Excluding holidays, these shipping labels will be created and sent during standard business hours 8:30-4:30 M-F.

- This label is valid for a box UP TO 20x20x20" with a weight of UP TO 10lbs.
- We recommend a box that is 16x16x16" with a weight of 7lbs.
- The return address will be the same as the shipping address, which is our shop address, 915 Northampton Street Easton, PA 18042.
- The label is only good for 60 days upon purchase! If it is not used within that timeframe, there will be a $25 fee to remake and send the label.
- While we are purchasing the shipping label for you, we are not physically shipping your box (once your box leaves your hands- it is the responsibility of UPS). We are not responsible for the shipping or loss of packages.
- This is only valid for United States shipping.

- Label is manually created by our team and will be sent during business hours: 8:30-4:30 M-F. If you are purchasing the label on a weekend, it will be sent as early as the Monday following your purchase date.
- Receive your email with label.
- Print it at home or at other location.
- Pack bouquet following our Shipping Information.
- Tape to the outside of the box.
- Hand to UPS to ship out.
- This shipping label is exclusively for sending flowers to us for preservation. It cannot be used for other purposes.
- This label is valid for a box UP TO 20x20x20" with a weight of UP TO 10lbs.
- We recommend a box that is 16x16x16" with a weight of 7lbs.

The label must be purchased and used NO EARLIER than 60 days from the event date.
If the label is purchased and exceeds the 60 days we will cancel the order and process a refund.
All labels are manually created and will be emailed to the email address provided during our business hours: 8:30am-4:30pm M-F.
If you are purchasing this label on a weekend, the label will be sent as early as the Monday following the purchase date.
