What to Have Ready
Your bouquet, whether it is on a vision board or still fresh sitting on your counter. If you have saved any inspiration photos of preservation styles you like, pull those up to share on screen. And bring every question you have. There are no silly ones.
How Long It Takes
30 minutes. That is usually more than enough, but if we need a few extra minutes to cover everything, we are typically able to stay on or we can book a follow-up chat.
Call Format
All virtual consultations are booked through Google Meet. After you book, we will send you a link with everything you need to join.
What Happens After the Call
Typically within 24 hours, you will receive a personalized invoice and a follow up email with notes from your conversation.

Is the consultation really free?
Yes. No cost, no credit card, no obligation. We offer consultations because we know that once you see real pieces and talk to one of our team members, you will feel confident in your decision -- whether you order that day or take time to think it over.
What if my bouquet is already dried?
We work with dried bouquets regularly. Dried flowers can be preserved as petal confetti resin pieces: ring dishes ($125), coasters ($250), display trays ($295), and serving trays ($450). If you had your heart set on a pressed frame, we also offer a recreation option where we work with a local florist to recreate your bouquet with fresh flowers that can then be pressed. We will walk you through both options on the call.
How soon after my wedding should I send my flowers?
As soon as possible. Fresh flowers give us the most vibrant colors and the widest range of preservation options. Ideally, ship your bouquet the first business day after your wedding. If more time has passed, do not worry. Book a consultation and we will figure out the best path forward for your specific flowers.
Can I book a consultation before my wedding?
Absolutely, before the wedding is ideal for consultations. Many brides book before the wedding so they know exactly what to do with their bouquet on the big day. We will walk you through the full process, discuss pricing, and help you plan how to store and ship your flowers after the ceremony.
What are your prices?
Pressed flower frames range from $270 to $495 depending on size and frame style. Resin pieces range from $125 to $470. We also offer curated preservation packages: The Classic ($650), The Heirloom ($975), The Luxe ($1,250), and The Legacy ($1,350). Our team will recommend the options that make the most sense for your bouquet and budget during the consultation.
How long does the preservation process take?
Typically 6 to 12 months from the time we receive your flowers. That includes drying, pressing or setting in resin, designing your layout, and quality checks before shipping.
