We are so happy to finally share our new brand name with you! As much as we have loved being Pressed Bouquet Shop, we are so excited to now be Element Design Co.! We’ve been so eager to let you in on the name change, as well as the rest of our rebrand and upcoming move. Our team has been bursting at the seams to share details of these big changes and now that the new name has been announced, we can get into detail! We thought it would be fun to give you some insight as to why we chose to become Element, and how the name and new space will allow us to flourish.

The Name

When Amelia first began this business, naming it was one of the trickier parts. After a few ideas, she chose a name that stated exactly what we were doing- pressing bouquets! That name has worked beautifully to describe our business for a long time, but when we started looking at things we could do and offer beyond preserving flowers, the team knew that a new, more expansive name would allow us to stretch our wings. While we will never stop doing preservation, when it came time to look towards the future of the business, Amelia and the team thought that we could broaden the horizons of what we do, and that we should have a name that aligns with more than our original scope. While we aren’t quite ready to share all of the ways we hope to branch out in the coming years, the name Element will allow us to work under a broader umbrella while still creating sentimental pieces for our clients’ lives.

As we expand our offerings, the name Element will help to guide us in the direction of something natural, elegant, and unique. We already work with natural elements, and it is a word that has been often tossed around in the offices and workspaces where our pieces are created. When it came up as an idea, it seemed a natural fit. Element Design Co. will be a place in which the creativity of our team can be even further tapped into, utilizing the inspiration of the natural world to create special offerings for couples and individuals.

The New Space

Element Design Co.'s new space in 2024

Element Design Co. is going to be a place where creativity will flourish, and our talented team can continue to create. If you’ve been following us on our socials, you are also aware that we will be moving! The move is taking us to a gorgeous building, which has been renovated while still maintaining historic touches. This space will bring inspiration to all who walk through our doors. The name Element truly fits in with the exposed brick walls, vaulted ceilings, and windows that let in streams of light. The new brand name and new location go hand in hand and we could not feel any luckier to have found both.

To read more about the move and rebrand, you can check out this past blog post where we sat down with CEO and founder, Amelia. She answered some questions about the direction our company is taking. We also have more information on our FAQ page

We have so loved being on this journey with you- our followers, friends, and clients. We have appreciated all the love and support you’ve shown Pressed Bouquet Shop over the years, and we can’t wait to share even more of our exciting news with you over the next few months! Thank you for trusting us with your flowers time after time, and thank you for following along as we broaden our reach. We’ll see you in Easton!

Love,

Element Design Co.
