Description

Your bouquet, on the coffee table, holding the wine.

This is our large format resin piece, and it is what clients choose when they want their flowers in the middle of daily life rather than up on a wall. A 12x16 serving tray with handles, your pressed bouquet set beneath a crystal clear resin surface. It carries drinks to the patio, sits on the ottoman with the remote and a candle, tops the bar cart, and every time you pick it up you are holding your flowers.

Same bouquet, same pressing process as our frames. The only difference is that after your flowers are pressed and cured, your artist sets them into resin instead of behind glass.

How it works

  1. Reserve your tray. Order here, or bundle it with a frame in a preservation package.

  2. Send us your flowers. Fresh bouquets only for this piece. They need to reach our Easton, PA studio within five business days of the event. Overnight prepaid labels are available.

  3. We press, cure, and pour. Flowers are pressed and dried in our studio, then arranged by hand and sealed in resin inside the acrylic tray.

  4. It arrives ready to use. Packaged as a gift, with care instructions.

Details

  • Size: 12x16 inches, with handles

  • Construction: acrylic tray surround with a poured resin surface, chosen for durability and longevity

  • Resin: crystal clear, high quality resin. Like all resin, it will warm toward an antique amber tone over many years and may show minor bubbles. We tell you that now so it is never a surprise

  • Design styles: Burst, field, or Handheld [link: design styles blog post]

  • Boutonniere ribbon: if you send a boutonniere, its ribbon is used in the design. Anything we cannot use comes back with your order

  • Not for direct food contact. Use a plate, napkin, or board between food and the surface

  • Fresh flowers only. Already dried? See the Dried Petal Confetti Serving Tray [link: /products/new-dried-petal-confetti-resin-serving-tray-with-handles-12x16]

  • Turnaround: 6 to 12 months from the day your flowers arrive

  • Handmade to order in Easton, PA. Ships nationwide

How our clients use it

Ottoman tray. Bar cart topper. Coffee table centerpiece. Vanity tray for perfume and jewelry. Kitchen island catchall. Drink service for anniversaries. Bathroom tray for candles and hand towels. Nightstand tray for rings and a water glass.

Who it is for

  • The couple with no wall space, or renters who would rather not hang anything

  • Entertainers. This tray leaves the shelf every weekend

  • The bride who wants function. A frame is looked at; a tray is used

  • Memorial flowers, kept somewhere you touch every day

  • The large piece in a package, in place of a 16x20 frame

One bouquet, more than one piece

A bouquet has more flowers than one tray needs. Most clients pair this tray with a 16x20 frame [link: /collections/framed-bouquet-preservation] for the wall and a set of coasters to match. Our Legacy package is built around exactly that: two large pieces, one frame and one tray, plus a medium and a small piece, with a free prepaid overnight shipping label.

Questions brides ask

Is the tray food safe? No. It is not intended for direct food contact. Serve on a plate or napkin, or use it for drinks, decor, and everyday items.

Will the resin yellow? Over years, resin naturally shifts toward a soft amber tone, and small bubbles are part of a hand poured piece. Keep it out of direct sunlight to slow this.

Can I get my whole bouquet in the tray? A 12x16 holds a generous portion of a standard bouquet. Very large bouquets are edited to the strongest blooms, and the rest can go into a frame or smaller pieces if added to the order.

Can you do the Handheld style in a tray? Yes. The gathered bouquet with its ribbon (if selected as an addition) looks like it is floating beneath the surface, and the tray is one of our favorite places for it.

How do I clean it? A soft, damp cloth. No abrasives, no soaking, and absolutely no dishwasher.

How long does it take? Currently 6 to 12 months from the day your flowers arrive.

★★★★★
"I had a destination wedding and ended up loving the flowers that the resort put together. I ended up bringing them home but was at a complete loss of what to do with them. Several days passed before I found Element. They were amazing with getting me in right away before my flowers weren’t able to be used anymore. I just picked up my order (frame and ring dish) and I am completely blown away by how beautiful they are! The owner was so sweet and kind. It truly was an amazing experience and I cannot recommend them enough if you are looking to preserve your flowers!"
Kellsey E.
★★★★★
"While a lengthy process, the results are absolutely worth it. You can tell the care that goes into pressing your flowers. I couldn’t be happier with how my wedding bouquet turned out. This will be a go to place for me to recommend"

★★★★★
"Element Preservation were very easy to work with and answered any questions that I had. I decided a month before our wedding that I wanted to preserve my bouquet and they were able to accommodate me. We live about an hour away from their location so we dropped off my bouquet and picked up our frame once it was ready. Their location is beautiful and the staff were very friendly. I am obsessed with the final product and will cherish it for years to come! I highly recommend Element Preservation."
