How to Ship Fresh Flowers

If you are shipping your flowers to us, you are required to use our detailed shipping instructions to guide you on packing your fresh flowers.

Please note overnight transit is strongly encouraged to ensure fresh delivery of your flowers. We encourage you to use a shipping calculator to preview the shipping costs prior to ordering and to check out our Expedited Shipping Labels to save money on your shipping label.

Read Before Ordering

Gift a preserved wedding bouquet to a loved one with this physical gift card! The physical gift card will be mailed to the address on file via USPS standard shipping within 1-3 business days of purchasing. Please note that we are unable to track gift cards once they leave our facility.

If you would like the Element Team to fill out the "To" and "From" section on the gift card, specify these credentials in the order notes section when checking out. If not, those sections will be left blank intentionally.

If you need your gift card expedited, we recommend purchasing an e-gift card instead. If you would still like a physical gift card but need something faster, you may purchase the physical card and call us as we can also provide you with a digital version of the gift card in addition to mailing the physical one.
