Description

A little bit of every color you carried, worn close.

Your bouquet had a palette. The blush of the garden roses, the cream of the ranunculus, the one unexpected green that tied it all together. This locket holds a piece of all of it.

We take your real wedding flowers, preserve them in our Easton, Pennsylvania studio, and hand fill a glass locket with petal confetti drawn from across your bouquet, so the colors you chose is represented in something you can actually wear. Not stored in a box. Not hanging on a wall. On you, at the anniversary dinner, on the flight, on an ordinary Tuesday.

Available in gold and silver.

How it works

  1. Reserve your locket. Order here and choose gold or silver.

  2. Send us your flowers. We will email you shipping instructions the same day. Fresh bouquets and already dried bouquets both work.

  3. We preserve and hand fill. Your petals are pressed and dried in our studio, then set into resin within the glass locket by hand, pulling colors from across the whole bouquet.

  4. It arrives ready to wear. Packaged as a gift, with the story of what is inside.

Already dried your bouquet? This is the piece for you.

If your flowers have been hanging upside down in a closet since the wedding, they can no longer be pressed flat for a framed design. Petal confetti is exactly what dried flowers are made for. This locket is one of the few ways to turn an already dried bouquet into something new, which makes it the right choice for the bride whose flowers have been waiting a year, or five.

Who it is for

  • The bride who wants her flowers with her, not just above the mantel.

  • A gift from the groom on the first anniversary, since the traditional first anniversary gift is paper and the modern one is a clock, but the one she will actually wear is this.

  • Bridesmaids and mothers, using petals from the same bouquet so everyone carries a piece of the same day.

  • Memorial flowers, when funeral or sympathy flowers need to become something quiet you keep close.

  • An add on to a pressed frame or tray, made from the same bouquet at the same time.

One bouquet, more than one piece

Most of our clients pair this locket with a larger piece. Your bouquet has more flowers in it than a single frame needs, and we design everything from that one bouquet in one preservation run. Add a pressed flower frame for the wall and a locket for your neck, or look at our preservation packages if you want to combine several formats.

Questions brides ask

Does the necklace use my actual wedding flowers? Yes. Every locket is filled with petal confetti from your own bouquet. Nothing is substituted or filled in with someone else’s flowers.

How do you fit many colors in? By hand, one pinch at a time. We work from your preserved petals and pull from across the bouquet so the greens, whites, and colored blooms are all represented in the pendant.

Can you use flowers that are already dried? Yes, and this is one of the best uses for them. Dried flowers cannot be pressed flat for a framed design, but they are perfect for petal confetti.

Will the flowers fade? Preserved flowers naturally shift in tone over time. Keep the locket out of direct, constant sunlight and it will hold its color for years.

Can I get more than one from the same bouquet? Yes. Many brides order several for bridesmaids, mothers, and sisters. Order the quantity you need and send one bouquet.

Is it waterproof? No. Take it off before swimming or showering.

What Our Clients Say

"Element Flower Preservation did a phenomenal job of my preserving my wedding flowers! Their work is truly a charming, elegant, and timeless piece of art. Their work illuminates the love from my wedding day that will be passed on for generations to come."
Alison S.
"I had a destination wedding and ended up loving the flowers that the resort put together. I ended up bringing them home but was at a complete loss of what to do with them. Several days passed before I found Element. They were amazing with getting me in right away before my flowers weren’t able to be used anymore. I just picked up my order (frame and ring dish) and I am completely blown away by how beautiful they are! The owner was so sweet and kind. It truly was an amazing experience and I cannot recommend them enough if you are looking to preserve your flowers!"
Kellsey E.
"While a lengthy process, the results are absolutely worth it. You can tell the care that goes into pressing your flowers. I couldn’t be happier with how my wedding bouquet turned out. This will be a go to place for me to recommend"
Sam A.
"I cannot recommend Element enough! They took my bouquet and turned it into a keepsake I can have forever. Their customer service team is awesome, and made it easy to trust them with such an important piece of my special day. My bouquet turned out beautiful and I couldn’t have asked for anything better!"
Kelly C.
"Element Preservation were very easy to work with and answered any questions that I had. I decided a month before our wedding that I wanted to preserve my bouquet and they were able to accommodate me. We live about an hour away from their location so we dropped off my bouquet and picked up our frame once it was ready. Their location is beautiful and the staff were very friendly. I am obsessed with the final product and will cherish it for years to come! I highly recommend Element Preservation."
Stephanie C.
"The digital flower preservation was perfect! Element Preservation was so helpful and amazing with getting me the product. They took so much care and dedication to making this a beautiful symbol of our wedding."
