Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the frame is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you have an issue with the physical frame that contains your art, you can contact us through our Contact Us page. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
